1.1 Service Cancellation by the Client

 

Clients can cancel ongoing services by providing a written request to our support team at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellations will not be accepted if the service is already in progress or nearing completion, as determined by the agreed scope of work.

1.2 Service Cancellation by Cloud Marketing Insight

 

Cloud Marketing Insight reserves the right to cancel services if there is a breach of our Terms of Service or unethical practices by the client. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

 

The service was not initiated as per the agreed timeline.

The service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope of work (as detailed in the service contract).

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

 

Fees for completed services, consultations, or campaigns are non-refundable.

Setup fees, if applicable, are also non-refundable.

2.3 Partial Refunds

 

In cases where only part of the service has been delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

2.4 Processing Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

3. Procedure for Cancellation or Refund Requests

All cancellation or refund requests must be sent via email to support@cloudmarketinginsight.com with detailed information, including the service details and reason for the request.

Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Limitations

This policy does not apply to delays or issues caused by third-party platforms or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details and timely approvals for tasks to avoid delays or discrepancies.
